The reason I was informing people about him on this forum is because I saw the profile on one chat and remembered him when he was going under a different name. He keeps changing his name and his story is always changing. I compared notes with another one of his clients and we both figured out he was telling us two different stories about his training and certification. Also my massage was mediocre at best. 

Avoid “Palmer” at all costs. Not certified or licensed.
