It's not in my town, but I read that deep in the province of Cantabria is the Altamira Cave, one of the best preserved sites with prehistoric cave paintings. It's not to be missed!

If you have Android, then you can, firstly, if you have a rooted phone, you can block websites by editing the hosts file on your device to redirect the sites you want to block, and secondly, download ES File Explorer. I don't know any other options.
