Sensual elements were spot on. If he hones his deep tissue skills, I would hire him anytime I return to vegas. If they do not improve, I would still see him again - just not my first choice.

I hired one yesterday while vacationing. I simply asked him for his "days of operation through middle of next week" and he listed X-mas eve as an operating day, so I saw him that day. I gave him my "usual" tip amount and he let me know that he was appreciative. Since he operates from his home studio, he has a low overhead. Had his deep tissue kneading skills been better, I would have tipped more accordingly as I usually do. I have tipped well above 20% for masseurs that have superb deep kneading skills.
