It might be… However, I have eliminated the Verrazano Narrows Bridge which was my first guess, as well as a few others, so who knows?  Either way I’ll take the guy over the silly bridge…

Possibly the Chesapeake Bay Bridge?  But yes, the guy wins over the bridge.

I recognized the guy in the picture.  That's Garik, he's a masseur in San Francisco...  I put those two together and I am somewhat familiar with the Golden Gate and the Oakland Bay bridge.  I used to live in the South Bay (Silicon Valley).  I took a look at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and it looks somewhat shorter in height and that's also a twin bridge.  But, who knows...  Optics can be tricky.

Knowing that @easygoingpal has spent quite a bit of time in the Bay Area I figured he was in the know… but as he says “optics can be tricky”… and it was really tricky comparing various pics of the Bay Bridge with the original photo…

At ant rate, EZGP identified the guy himself… Garik… and that is the most important thing… so he gets the coveted good eye award of the day!
