In the recent episode the engaged gay couple went to a spa. They took a female friend. The fire alarm went off. All three had to exit the building just wearing towels. The female wanted more covering. Both guys removed their towels. Both were butt naked, nothing blurred. I don't think we'd see that on an American soap opera.
