I am a co-founder and general manager of Tytin Fitness a private personal training facility in Tempe, Arizona. I have been personal training for 5 years. Including private, semi-private, and group training. I teach all aspects of the general population in functional fitness, athletic performance and corrective exercise. A former basketball player and state qualifying track athlete in high school. Army National Guard member of 6 years, with expert PT ratings for all 6 years. Including 7 years of first hand bodybuilding experience, nationally qualified 3 times with a top 10 placing. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I previously worked for Quiktrip Corporation for 13 years, as a store Assistant Manager and Facility Support administrative assistant. There I gained competence in direct to consumer sales, providing top tier customer service, improving and retaining customer/vendor relations. As well as learning how to manage a team to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly goals regarding facility management and improving store profits

As a National Guard member I was trained on the AH-64 and AH-64D Apache helicopters. Specifically proficient on armament and flight control systems. As well as general knowledge of aircraft electrical systems. As a Specialist in the National Guard I was also occasionally tasked with managing small teams to complete various tasks required for specific squad, platoon or company operations.

In addition to my professional skills I actively seek and practice other skill or areas of interest on a regular basis. I am an avid hiker and outdoorsman. Completing hikes like the North to South rim of the Grand Canyon and a 4 day Machu Picchu expedition. I also am a student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu currently holding a white belt. When not spending my time physically I work myself mentally with the reading of various subjects, but mostly exercise physiology, nutrition or psychology as all three are vital to my profession.
