I've never watched the show but I know its premise. Here are the stars for this upcoming episode

They would not have to wear disguises for me; I would not recognize any of them.

A friend of mine used to love to watch it. I loved to watch it with him so that I could point out how contrived and unbelievable it was. The disguise makeup was often laughable. All of the employee encounters were so formulaic that they had to have been scripted. When a boss would bond with an employee I'd say, "this is gonna be the one who's a single-parent with an autistic child," and I'd be right most of the time. Pathos and treacle. Looks like they've milked the idea for all it's worth and now they're going for a Celebrity Edition to see if that's the squeeze that'll get a few more drops from those teats.
