I've been to a few Asian massage spas around the Hillcrest/gay village area. You can request a male therapist, they mostly appear to be gay friendly, but they are therapeutic massages...

I’ve been to a few in San Diego over the years. Was way easier to find these spas when Craigslist was more active. Now they are harder to identify and the ones that I knew... most have gone away. But there are a few places I still get some play but it’s hit and miss. PM me for a short list and also if you have any to share in return...
