So for what it’s worth, I tried go book an appointment with Fabio. We had what I thought was a clear, nice text interaction one afternoon and agreed to an appointment the following day.

 

We both agreed on the time. I said I would contact him the next day (the day of the appointment) to confirm and get his address. He agreed. Seemed pretty straightforward to me.

 

The day of the appointment comes (a mere 24 hrs after we agreed to everything) and he tells me he is booked! WTF.

 

He says it was a miss communication - even though I sent a copy of the full text exchange to him. He hopes I will rebook. Not a chance. I rearranged my entire afternoon for this appointment. Imagine if I had cancelled on him!
