They're called Acrush and fit the Kpop "girl crush" (girls to emulate) girl group concept, although some Kpop fans feel a concept as "masculine" as this wouldn't be commercially viable in South Korea.

I really like this song. Other than being in Mandarin, it fits perfectly into Kpop idol style music.

Amber Liu of f(x) would fit in perfectly.

For reference, the song "Crush" by the most girl crush Kpop group ever, the now disbanded, much lamented and exceptionally popular 2NE1. Cross-dressing! Stripper pole! Use of swear words!
