Writing reviews - MF

So I’ve written reviews via Masseurfinder before without any issues. Recently, and I don’t know when it changed, but somehow it wants to access my Facebook account. In any case, it asked if I wanted to share my email address and I said “No” to it. Now, ecen if I say yes it keeps saying I have to change my settings in Facebook to allow it. After all the issue with FB and Cambridge Analitica, I’m not sharing anything on FB more than I have to. Is there a way around it?
