Jury duty

Anybody got any good jury duty stories?

 

The most interesting thing that happened to me was when a fellow I chatted up in the waiting room soon introduced me to scoping out guys with nipple erections. It wasn't anything I chose to use in the future, but it made the time pass nicely.

 

The oddest thing that happened was when I was waiting FOREVER with a group out in a hallway (a big hallway, positively huge, this hallway) the guard saw me doing sit-ups and asked me (nicely) not to exercise in the hall.

I usually bring a book. When my turn comes to speak, I let the judge know my opinion of the US legal system (especially state courts with elected judges). I've never been asked to stay.
