Doesnt happen to me, because I rarely get massages.

But, hoping the OP doesnt mind, I am very familiar with munchies pursuant to a particular activity. I counter the urge with another activity. Sometimes something minor, like "structure"

If I find myself in the kitchen after time on the exercise bike, or while relaxing with a book or movie... I straighten the kitchen, turn off the lights, declare the kitchen closed for the night. Or I'll distract myself with something requiring two hands and focus - minor home repair, cleanup & organizing, even something as basic as changing a pair of shoelaces.

We build emotional associations into our brain.... the cigarette after sex or whenever on the phone were classic examples. Popcorn with a movie. I try to reprogram those associations- one of the best methods was no food outside the kitchen. The distraction or structure are tools in reprogramming my brain.

A clinical person may know more about the chemistry.... perhaps a massage's effects on cortisol or hormones can trigger hunger.... I dont know. I know that marijuana-induced munchies were something I could never control. I havent gotten stoned in over a decade....Im sure I'd weigh 500 lbs if pot was still part of my life.
