I'm putting this here in the Lounge rather than in tv shows because my comments are not about the episode itself but something else.

A 13yo boy was arrested for prostitution but was released and back on the streets. I would think that he would have been turned over to social services. At such a young age would bail even be possible? If it were I'd think the police would question the person paying it.
