Make me love you? Isn't the role of an escort to make us love them?

I saw him for a massage at his place.

Decent massage and release for the basic fee. For a upcharge, he will let you taste him and he does escort for about twice what he charges for a massage. Just check beforehand because he won't take an escort appointment if he's out of Prep.

Alex, or anyone else, I ask this question because I don't know. Can you take prep just before a sexual encounter help protect you? Or do you have to take it all the time?

What does taking PrEP entail?

It’s not just simply taking a pill. It’s taking a pill every single day, getting regularly tested for HIV and STIs, and going into your doctor’s office every 2–3 months to get your labs checked.

Thanks, since I am not sexually active, I had no idea. I just thought it was odd, when someone mentioned earlier, that this guy would do escort appointments but not if he was out of prep. So it sounds like, he's not taking it on a regular basis, so what good does it do.

If I understand well, you are protected by PrEP at its maximum efficiency on the 7th day of taking the pill everyday (and all the days after that if you keep taking it).

So you can drop out for a month if you are not sexually active and then return to it, as long as you have 7 days of notice before sex.

Many people here are on PrEP they can explain better.

Damn, I need to do some research. I wish I could be sexually active, but I am a caregiver, and that comes first. Anyway, since I have reached my 50's, the sex drive just not there. Yes if I ever do become sexually active, I'll need some testosterone and prep! Thanks for the info, appreciate it
