I do not think that he is legit. When asking for other pictures, he still used the same model's instagram picture, which is clearly shown to be the photoscreened from the phone. The model is clearly to be still in Brazil.

Here's what i can add to help you figure it out. The profile Ad name just changed to "adrianshot" this weekend, from "topsescort" and before that was "adreantop" a couple months ago. I contacted someone who reviewed him on RM and the guy said "it was him" but that he had put on more weight, wasn't as "defined" but was very handsome and even commented about his "vibe" etc.. It didn't seem like a situation whereby account was fake and was perhaps the providers friend making up reviews. However with all these name changes, I'm skeptical.
