I would stay away from the hookers that have a la cart pricing. Most charge by the hour and some have multi hour discounts. I dont think it hurts to ask if there is a multi hour discount. As for prepping to take dick there are a number of youtube videos teaching how to properly clean out and how to open yourself up to take dick. I think both are very individual and theres no one size fits all.

It's not that difficult. At least by my standards. Once you find an escort your interested in, begin your conversion. I find being honest if the best approach. It's your time and your expense. I would never charge extra for anything related to your pleasure. Length of time would be a different circumstance, but that should be discussed as well.
