Weight loss Spa in NY?

Have been looking for a gay spa where I could spend a week or two with help for losing weight. Anyone know of such a place in NY or surrounding area? Prefer a gay environment for this.

 

Alternately, is there a personal trainer available to spend from 3pm to 5am, Monday thru Friday and 24 hours on the weekend without having to break the bank?
