Seems to be new. Ad text is less than minmal. Lead pic leads to instagram for an Israeli fitness model. His social media gives no indication he's in NYC, but nothing recent enough to rule it out.

If you scroll to the bottom of his ad page it says he has been on M4M since May 13, 2017.......so around 5 months advertising on M4M with over 4,000 views. He looks interesting to me!
