I texted him this morning... I've done an internet search on him, he has his own Twitter, IG, Facebook, and Tumbler account. I'm thinking it might be a fake ad.... because on Twitter a couple hours ago he posted he is doing laundry and if he is just vacationing in San Diego, I doubt he would be doing his laundry....

So, I happened to get a hold of him via email on his tumbler account, and he said he wasn't in San Diego... He asked for a screen shot and I sent it to him. He said that definitely wasn't his ad and he doesn't do massage or escort. He was very nice to chat with for a bit.
