Las Vegas Conferences & Events with expected attendance >10,000.

The city still stands following a scorching summer. Temperatures will now quickly moderate during the fall season. This will be a good time, climate wise, to visit. Starting in mid October a light jacket might be wise to bring for evening adventures. By late November the nearby ski area may have snow.

Expect increased hotel rates on holiday weekends. New Year’s Eve is a huge deal with a massive fireworks display. Rooms will book quickly. There are some very large conventions and events during this period.

Beware the hidden (but mandatory) “resort fees” added to your hotel bill. The following links were checked as of date this was posted - but verify actual cost prior to booking!

Parking fees are now being charged at most Strip hotels. You probably don’t need a car if you stay on the Strip. Just walk. Use the monorail, RTC buses and the free trams that operate between some casinos. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available. The below link goes to the garages - but click the links on the left for info IRT other transportation info.

If you’ve never seen a live Cirque du Soleil show your life is incomplete.
