I believe he (Seth) has been unequivocally critical of Billy, called him out as physically abusive and a meth addict. All of that was well before the racist comments.

I must admit, even before I found out about this forum, I have already heard a lot of negative noise, unfounded or not, about him. There is conflicting feedback between @marylander1940 and @Angel and the rest of the post here appears to associate the negativity by virtue of his past relationship with the ex-husband.

 

Based on what I know and what I have seen here, I really do not have a clue whether he is a good or bad provider. However, I may already be biased so that is probably why I have not even bothered taking the plunge when there are plenty other local or visiting providers and masseurs in the area to try out. I won't blame Seth for Billy but I'm glad he finally had enough (after having the same lifestyle) and left.

 

Billy Santoro blames meth for racist diatribes I'm sure Billy shared his racist views with Seth long time ago... I have cut off friends who have said similar things.
