AOL Chat Rooms

I haven't been around for a bit.Anyone know what happened to the "NYC Companion" Chat rooms on AOL? Unless I've gone blind, they seem to be gone.

Over the last couple of months a lot of the chat rooms disappeared in town square. If you have the link in your favorite places that's the only way you can get into the rooms right now. They are there but not listed.

I just checked it. The name of the chat room is NYC M4M Companions. It's quite full right now. Leaving out the "M4M" or the spacing may have thrown you a curve.

 

Second, there's another way of looking for a chat room even if you can't find it in the list. Go to the chat room listings and click on "Start Your Own Chat." Make it public. Then fill in the name of the room you're trying to find. If it exists, you'll go there or receive a message that the room is full. If it doesn't, you just end up alone in your newly created room, and you close it.
