From time to time I listen to Radio 1 on BBC since I don't get radio stations where I am at too well and I don't care for the music played on American radio stations. Here I sit jammin out to some of the best of the UK and what to surprised ears do I hear but the lovely angelic voice of Charlotte Church! Turns out later next month she has a new song out called Crazy Chick. This is deff a winner! The song is very poppy but still quite good. No I correct myself it isn't quite good it is one of the best pop songs I have heard in a loooong time. If you have the chance to find it and listen to it I encourage you to do so. Charlotte's voice is like angels singing whether it be pop or oprha imo.

Funny you ahould mention Charlotte Church! Here's an interesting story about her and "Wacko - our leader of the world".

 

After performing at a concert attended by Bush, she was introduced to "the great one" in person. He asked her where she was from and she said "South Wales", to which Wacko replied "Oh, and what state is that in?"

Oh I forgot too, Kelly Osbourn has a new one out too. I can't remember the name of the song but it too is very good. On her latest album she worked with the talented Linda Perry formally of Four nonblonds from the mid 902's. Why can't American music be as vers as some of the music from the UK and Europe?

I listen to BBC6 Music every day at work. Great "new" music along with lots of stuff from the 80s and 90s as well. If you liked college radio in the 80s I highly recommend it.
