Young "Desperate Housewives" Actor Arrested in NY

Seventeen-year old actor Cody Kasch, who plays troubled teen Zach Young on "Desperate Housewives" now has a few problems of his own with the NYPD who caught him smoking pot in the East Village.

He must be Taking the "Same Classes" as the "DELL" Cutie was taking ..When HE got busted awhile back. It's a "Required" Course, in most NYC Schools of "HIGHER" Learning! LOL :+

I thought this was decriminalized in NY recently (or is that just in New York state?).

 

Isn't the penalty for the first such offense now only a $100 fine?

NYC can be quite harsh at times, escpecially when it comes to drugs.
