Sweeps month = male flesh?

The other night I saw BLADE RUNNER, HARRY POTTER, SOME LIKE IT HOT and 2 other big movies were playing on the local broadcast channels. Huh? Then I realized it's sweeps month.

 

They played UNIVERSAL SOLDIER the other day on Channel Seicente-Seis and they deleted the Sweaty Butt Moment. I mean, what's the point of watching Jean-Claude Van Damme if not to see his gleaming orbs?

 

*Sigh* Back in the old days, sweeps meant lots of magazine shows and Geraldo/Montel/Phil Donahue/Jane Whitney/doing stories about "Male Calendar Models" and "Male Dancers" and "Playgirl Men of the Year" with lots of guys in Speedos onscreen. Now, it's what? WHAT? I haven't been keeping up. Are they still doing this? Or is it all on cable now?
