GUESTHOUSES

I spend a lot of time in the Dominican Republic where there are gay guesthouses. The concept is like a cozy setting, not a hotel per se, where escorts hang around hoping for the tourists to invite them to their room. And there is an abundance of men to fulfill your fantasies. I have never been to Brazil but I understand that the saunas offer a similar setting. So here is my question:

Domesically, here in the United States, are there guesthouses where men make themselves available for other men? Or maybe here in America this just happens at private upscale parties where "showboyz" are invited to stimulate the crowd and are available for hire.

Apart from bathhouses that I don't believe are frequented by escorts, I would like to know if and where the guesthouse-concept as described above might be in place already. Right here.

Again, conceptually, I would like to find out if (what I call) the guesthouse-concept is alive and well here in the States.
