Hoping someone more experienced out there can give me some advice on this new guy. He's on adam4adam as cub1111. He isn't in the PRO section but is looking for generous guys only. After a little bit of messaging, he quoted me a pretty reasonable price. Leery that it could be a sting but my hunch is that he is just in need of some extra income. Any thoughts on how to proceed? Neither of us can host so I'd need to get a local hotel... thanks guys.
