1st Time Reviews/ Including today's Colin of Miami

There seems to be a lot of 1st time reviews (or 1st few) posted recently...I think that's great...a debt of gratitude to the trailblazers who took the risk of trying someone out who hadn't bet been reviewed...and then took the time to submit a review.

 

I had been interested in Colin of Miami...but no reviews until today. The reviewer was disappointed because Colin couldn't perform as expected, but Colin sure seemed like a gentleman in trying to make it up. So, was it a good or bad review of Colin???? I guess the safe and sure course is to wait until someone has compiled several great reviews...like our friend, Rick!

I NEVER trust first time reviewers. Ever.

 

I do, however, love first reviews by expeienced and credible reviewers. I grab them up ASAP

More than a few escorts that I know, especially ones that are starting out, have told me that their first review was written by a friend or another escort. I'm sure it's no surprise that in addition, some escorts write their own reviews at times...shock and dismay!

 

I think the most valuable information that reviews provide you with is just letting you know whether or not the escort is professional. If he'll show up on time, arrive as described, etc. Aside from that, the details are purely subjective.

 

Give your Miami boy the benefit of the doubt. After all, the burden of proof is on the board to show a review is fake and not the escort to proove his review is legitimate.

It's your prerogative not to trust first time reviewers. Although this was only my second review, I've been hiring the past 3 years, averaging once a month. After hooboy's passing, I realized how important this site is to people who hire like me. So I made a vow to myself that I should start reviewing escorts I've hired, specially the ones who have no reviews. It's a risk I take bravely for hiring someone with no reviews for one will never know if you've hit a jackpot or not, and give as much as possible, a fair review. It might not have been a good night for him, he might perform better on other nights. But I know for a fact why he didn't perform as he has mentioned it to me which I didn't disclose at the review.

 

Reviews are meant as added information on the escort. In the end, it is your decision to hire him or not whether he has a not so good review, a so so review, or a good review.

Also, the fact that the review is not a glowing one nor is it a really bad review should have clued the reader in that this review is not written by a friend of the escort.

 

I would have second thoughts on the review if it was a glowing one by a first time reviewer.

I wasn't even refering to the review of Colin, more to the idea of first reviews / reviewers.

Joel's point is a valid one...1st reviews by 1st time reviewers can be suspect...when glowing. And certainly in Colin's case, I don't think anyone really suspects it's a fake written by the escort. Sure sounds legit to me...some bad points...some good things about the guy, too.

 

But my curiosity is up...why couldn't Colin perform? Is it that confidential??? Was it drug related?? Left wondering!

It's my understanding that Colin was receiving non-stop cell calls from Joel as to how to give head. That can be a mountain to climb in and of its self.

I've noticed the same thing, and unfortunately many of them reek of fakes, IMHO. When I sent in my first Review, I took great pains to establish my credibility. I realize that not everyone who submits a Review will/can do that, but having read well over 500 Reviews here in the past few years, I think I can tell fact from fiction.

No surprise there, Bobby. But, think about what you said: if the first time Review is from "a friend or another escort," how can that be a reliable report? Is a "friend" likely to submit anything other than a favorable Review? Bottom line (your specialty ), fake Reviews defeat the whole purpose of this site.
