Maybe the guy who placed the ad is a lurker here. After read that someone was interested in doing a reverse image search on the photos in his ad, he took down his ad or changed the name, ever so slightly as to be able to continue to use the ad with some other name.

 

Every now and again there is a thread about certain "escorts" who repeatedly change their ad name to "hide" something or who they are.
