GERMAN_MEN---RM in NYC

When I saw this ad (https://rent.men/GERMAN_MEN) when it first came up a couple of weeks ago it had a bunch of pictures, including face pics, but after about a day most of them were removed and no cover photo has ever been posted so it just has the generic torso pic. (Also, why GERMAN_MEN, and not GERMAN_MAN?)

I emailed him but received no replies, whatsapped him but no reply. My messages were innocuous ones so I don't think it was anything I said that would warrant them being totally ignored.

So, does anybody know anything about him?
