Helping others to remember HooBoy

As someone who has checked this site out almost everyday for the the past five years, I am of course very sad to hear about the loss of HooBoy. I never met him in person, but felt I knew him though his many communications on this site, along with a few emails we exchanged between us. This is a great site that linked many people together - we have all lost a good friend.

 

I am wondering now if there is anyway we can remember HooBoy by supporting a good cause he would have liked. I was impressed with how he urged us to contribute to recent tsunami relief efforts - he seemed very charitably minded. Does anybody have an idea of a good cause we could specifically support to honor HooBoy?

Glad to see this message. I just logged in to see if there was something I could do. I too have checked this site daily for years.

 

Ive chatted with him on Yahoo several times, and he's made a late evening bearable when I get into a city late. And the webcam images from around the world were very cool.
