Hello everyone!

I'm about an hour north of NYC. I have an iPhone 6s and an iPad gen 3.

I have 4/5 service, but there's this problem: I can't connect my iPad to the Internet/ has lousy service (it's wifi and LTE compatible). My iPhone, on he other hand, has great LTE service.

Interestingly, the iPad works great if I use the iPhone as my WiFi hotspot. The same is true the other way, too.

It's just strange. I'm here for a few more days, and would like to watch something online.

Today we saw FASTICS BEASTS, Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr) and The Grand Budapest Hotel, which was much funnier than I thought it would be.

Any comments regarding connectivity would be appreciated!

Sounds like your iPad hiccups with the home's WiFi.

Maybe you are far away from the router or the all house wifi connection.

Maybe you are in the basement or the second floor?

This happens to me when I'm in the country at my moms place in Asheville.

Suggested Solution: move your couch closer to the source.

Have you checked to make sure your iPad's wifi and cellular connections are both on? I connect both so that if a connection hiccup happens with the wifi, the cellular kicks in (assuming you have a data plan for you iPad)

I hope techies here chime in with smarter solutions!

Btw, Fantastic Beasts is streaming already in the US? Wow...
