This is ridiculous... hope they downgrade their prices

If not, I'm gonna quit their site.

We need you to sell a product, but you can't show the product to the consumer. You also need to very delicately dance around an obscure description of what this product is. Please make sure to not reference what this product does, or what it offers.

 

That's ridiculous - if I were in any of your shoes I'd do the same thing and drop them. Also note I am not objectifying people, just using the above as an analogy.

I used to go to rentboy then men4rentnow and rarely rentmen ..then discovered a4a. Then when RB shut down my go to is rm. I don't like that you have to email the m4rn guys for their contact number and specifics. Now with no nudes ..I think hourboy has more value..with just as dated pics ..Apollon is trying but the again you have to pay to see full bios etc

I have to say on personal experience that the fellow on the honcho cover *is not* Steve Kelso.

 

Kelso was seen signing a calendar purchased by the model at the Colt both at the Folsom Street fair a goodly while ago so they are distinct individuals.

 

I think I still have that calendar at the bottom of my hope chest somewhere . . .

I woke up to the email from M4RN yesterday and was simply shocked. Another stupid choice by a site whose management leaves much to desire and whose customer service is abysmal. Unlike many here however I do get clients from the site and especially when I travel to SMALL markets...... I look at advertising like the stock market. If I pay $100 a month for an ad and it produces $1,ooo for me then it is a good investment despite the bullshit involved in it. M4RN produces.....not like it should.... but , for me, it still produces.

I look at it like this: less competition on the site if other escorts get off it. ALso.... for those of us who are about more than JUST our cocks or asses and who actually ESCORT still then featuring our FACES is a good thing. Some of us still look good with our shirts off so more motivation to work hard in the gym and stay in shape. We can try to turn a negative into a positive here.

Finally..... the fact is that without nudes the site is committing suicide. No one will go there anymore to look at it. So, ultimately this is a negative despite my feeble attempts to keep a good attitude about it. I'm proud to be mainly a rentmen guy anyway @ www.rentmen.com/magicmikeydc

It is, or was. The pictures were taken in may of 1985 and not published till January of '87.

 

The photographer had been making his living as a freelancer, and then got a job as, if you'll forgive the intended pun, a staff photographer for Falcon (for box-covers and ads), so that lessened his motivation to get them published.

 

Do you think that a speedo shot like that would pass muster with M4RN these days?
