So just wanted to start by saying thank you. I just turned 30 and am super nervous about the whole hiring thing. Have never done it, but have always kind of wanted to. It has been nice lurking here and reading everyone's thoughts on potential hires. I have been going back and forth between The Stone Brothers and a couple of others.

Any Vegas visitors willing to bite the bullet on this one? He looks adorable, but not sure if there are red flags about whether or not a profile is fake. Some others I haven't seen reviewed here (and am slightly interested in) are:

I realize each of these is quite different from the other, but I don't really have a specific "type" in mind. Mainly, I'm just nervous and don't want it to go badly. Any advice?
