I did not participate in the escorts gossiping about other clients thread, that certainly happens. The reverse happens as well. If you see an escort for any length of time, you probably know much more than you may want to know about the escort's personal life. I like getting to know guys I hire -- assuming that I'm not just being used as a sounding board for someone bitching about his life. Not that that can't be a valuable function for someone to play, but it isn't a turn on for me and the one time that I found myself in that predicament with an escort I ended up feeling like he should have been paying me.
