1) English ability: I don't mind a language barrier but from his profile text, I'm not sure if we can even have clear communications... It's quite a mess.

 

2) I can't tell what he means by he's "selective" of his clients, because he goes on to list three things that I feel should be a given in any encounters...

3000 dollars a month is very reasonable considering dreamyguy in ny quoted me same number for an overnight. I had to pass even I truly enjoy him.

Sure, 3000 dollars a month isn't a lot per se (also depends on what and how often he is willing to do) but the apartment, credit card, and car that he "needs" can add up

Those aren't actual travel dates and locations. The says he is available for a trip from South America. So you have to send for him (at your expense) if you want him in those places.
