Earlier this evening I was exploring YouTube and I came across a series of videos by an 18 year old body builder by the name of David Laid. Talk about the ripped, All-American boy next door! He looks like a taller Jeff Seid, and when he talks he sounds kind of like Youtube's Marke Miller. I don't pay much attention to the story content , but the visuals are pretty awesome if you know what I mean. If he isn't enough to impress you he has a couple of very buff friends who run around with him and work out with him at the gym. Just go to YouTube and enter his name in the search box and his videos will come up..

He's definitely well known in some bodybuilding circles. I've had clients mention him before in passing.
