Hey guys,

I am healed! I can now breathe and see again.

On my recent Vegas trip, I touched down on Mon. evening at McCarren with a giant nose and swollen eyes. I began that morning with a splitting headache in Nashville but had to catch my flight. After plane changes & upon touchdown, it had bloomed into full science fiction face.

The front desk at my hotel was great about finding me a 24 hr clinic. After a long ass wait, I got meds & was in bed by midnight. I literally didn't leave my room till Wed. afternoon.

Wed. wasn't a total loss. Checked out the new FAO store at Caesar's and met the super nice Lane Fuller for a couple of minutes while shopping a little later in the Forum Shops...cute guy! I had no idea who he was until my partner reminded me we owned a couple of DVDs featuring Mr. Fuller.(Hell, I can't tell who is who when they're fucking in a pile in those movies...I own four--all bought by my other half lol)

Finally, I managed to save my trip from the toilet by turning $50 into $550 visiting the blackjack tables at The Mirage. Whew...capped off a painful trip.

Anyway, just wanted to check in with you folks.

Off topic, Jimmer makes THE BEST chicken pie! Rocked!

Have a good 'un,

John

John sorry to read you weren't feeling 100% while visiting the gambling capitol of the world. As you mentioned at least you were able to check out the new forum shops and win $500!!!

Next time you're in town. I'll teach you how to play a real man's game, no limit Texas Hold 'em :7

Glad to see your post John and glad to hear you are better. Any idea what caused this affliction?

Howdy,

RT...I try to catch all those Texas Hold'em shows when I can and love to play online but I'm a shitty bluffer so I go for the fast pace of blackjack. And I know I'd get murdered at the tables in Vegas.

Skrubber...Nashville and Atlanta are both on the itchiest cities list. I don't take any kind of daily antihistimine but probably should. Everyone in my family is cursed with sinus trouble.

Spida...love Boston! I always enjoy traveling there & glad to hear you had a great time. Holler at me anytime you see me coming up. I was bummed that Marche/Movenpick closed in Prudential. Was one of my favorite places to chill and snack<g>
