December Hooville

Well, by all reports the first SF Hooville was a success. So, like a good lay, we’re gonna do it again!

 

The givens: The Sunday time feels good since that’s about when things look a little dull in most people’s weekends. I had first thought of every-other-monthly, but it was suggested monthly, so let’s see how that works. I’m going to aim for Sunday December 12 at 5 pm, since it’s far enough away from holidays plans. The Castro feels like a good venue, since it’s easy for a lot of us (and other escorts might walk by again!). And of course the rubber ducky stays and still asks for your tub toys as company.

 

So we’re down to location. I’m gonna aim for another restaurant-type place so that we can sit at tables and won’t have to wangle for conversation space or shout over others. Maybe someplace where we can scoot tables in if more people gather, like Cactus Fresh. Outdoors might work again if they have space heaters.

 

Since I’m in the East Bay, I need help from you SF people – please post places you think would work (and serve decent food).

I thought Cactus Fresh worked well. I especially liked being on the sidewalk, so we could watch the foot traffic as we chatted. Always eager to multitask…

Hmm. Well, maybe it will be Cactus Fresh again. Maybe I can handle the chill if you can, Kevin (For those who weren't there: he was practically shirtless the whole time!)

 

Maybe we'll just warm our hands on the hottest guy attending.
