I agree! The only "downside" concerns the fact that it makes the nips literally "downers" and not centrally located. That makes things more of a challenge, but challenges can be fun! It also means that the guy probably does a lots of reverse incline bench presses (or presses with his feet up on the bench) with the head lower than the rest of his torso. That's what creates the shelf. It is one of my favorite exercises. I like the look of full lower pecs as well! TruHart1 and steed8 2
