What did you do for Halloween?

Saturday the 23rd, I went to the All Hallow's Masquerade Ball at the Florida Fairgrounds(http://www.allhallowsball.org) as a "B" ... the theme was "It's a Bug's Life." It was awesome.

 

I have a couple pictures of me in my costume... I'll send them to those who want to see *not posting publicly though* ;o).

 

So, this past Sunday I was supposed to go with one of my best friends to the Parliament house in Orlando to see all of the costumes there (They were having a huge costume party). Sadly, he had to cancel because he got called into work. So we just went out after he got off work to one of the bars here in Tampa. Stayed there for a bit checking out the costume contest.

 

The winner of the contest was GIGANTIC Pink "Bunny." 6'8 *No heels+ears not included* and most likely 400+ lbs... That's a whole lot of bunny for one night.

 

 

Just had to share my halloween experience , Hope you guys had some 'good' Halloween fun this past month as well.

Went out on Saturday night.

 

Sunday, stayed home, handed out goodies to >100 trick or treaters. All wanted treats, none seemed willing to settle for tricking.

I got SERIOUSLY trashed and walked around West Hollywood in the freezing cold as Michael Phelps....I wore nothing but a speedo and shoes ... pictures to come soon

I spent the weekend in Chicago with my rommate. His third time in the Windy City. I showed him the sites. For those who might be interested, I'd very highly the Millenium Park. Well worth the price. We had a great time. We flew back into Southern California around lunchtime this past Sunday. We got a ride home, I wanted to return a few phone calls, he wanted to go surfing. He never takes no for an answer. We hooked up with a couple of other surfers. Had a great time as always. Had lunch at Lil Pickles Deli. We split afterwards

 

I went with four friends to an Art Exhibit Gallery in San Clemente. Had tea with my relatives. Went home, checked a few emails, drove around running as many errands as possible. I had a few minutes to myself. Drove down Pacific Coast Highway and stopped not too far from my house just to gather my thoughts for a while. Made it back home before it got dark. Where I live there are a lot of parents with young families. Had a really great time in handing out candy to young smiling kids. In the process watching three of my buddies who showed up dressed up Freddy, Jason and Michael Myers make an ass out of themselves. They scared a few children and I'm the one that got lectured upon by two rather bewildered parents. I had to apologise a lot. While I'm taking heat, my buddies are having a great laugh at my expense. For the most part the kids got a thrill out seeing the costumes.

 

Overall it was really nice to be able to spend time at home for a change on a Sunday night. Later in the evening replied to an onslaught of emails. I got overwhlemed, a few buddies called me up wondering what I'm doing up so late. So I drove down to the Shark Club and Rudy's bar to shoot some pool. Got home at 3a.m and to be at work at 6:30 a.m. Woke up with a headache that felt like a nasty hangover. Still for me Halloween was a lot of fun.
