Has anyone ever noticed that A4A censors the posting of websites on their site? I was chatting with a guy on A4A who saw my travel listing for an upcoming SoCal trip and had hit me up. Though he's my age he's not my type but we messaged back a forth a bit and he was explaining that he was new to trying things with another guy. I suggested that he consider hiring an escort and told him the many reasons why that would work much better than hoping to find someone on A4A.

Here's what I wrote:

A very good way to give it a try is by hiring an escort. I've done that several times when I just don't have the time or inclination to hope that I find someone here. There's a site called - that has reviews of male escorts so you can make sure that you're finding someone who's not a flake as there's a LOT of those around especially here on A4A and Backpage and Craigslist. - is a better site. There's some excellent guys in the OC area who would be a great companion for an hour or an evening.

So my original message said "There's a site called Daddysreviews.com that has......." However when I looked back on the message it had been changed to "There's a site called - that has........." So I got curious and also attempted to let him know about Rentmen.com and the same thing happened.

Obviously it's some auto program because I just told him to try Daddysreviews dot com and that message went through OK. It also takes a minute or so for the censoring to take place. When I first started testing it the full name was in the message then a minute or so later it was gone.

I'm not bitching about it as it's their site to do as they please I just found it odd.

I think more than censorship they don't want their site to be used for junk mail or promoting other websites, that's why we can't send something like www.daddysreviews.com on a4a but you could type: daddysreviews com and the receiver will get that message or spelling it like Lance Navarro suggested.
