Pics look familiar, but reverse search turns up nothing. From the background in two of the pics he could be Israeli.

Definitely Israeli - no doubt. He also has a new profile under "Kawait" on M4RN. There's an additional pic there that shows his face more clearly. He absolutely looks familiar. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy who used to advertise not so long ago under the profile name "NewOne" or some very generic handle similar to that. Although I can't find it right now, I recall reading something not entirely positive about "NewOne" in this forum - assuming it's the same guy.

Yes - perhaps his old nick was _NY_. I don't remember the name "BenXXX." If he is or was a bodybuilder, as you know, his body could change dramatically. But the face is identical. It must be the same person. And this Kawait profile popped up just when his old ones disappeared. I'm sure it's the same guy.
