Well, certainly some of his pics appear in the other ads, so Google definitely indexed those already.

Did you use a right click plugin? That's my preferred method first, but when it doesn't work, sometimes the best way is to download the pics and then drag and drop them into Google Image. It's odd but different techniques can make a difference.
