Excited to go to Dubai in April

Guys! I am so excited to be able to go to Dubai next month on my way to Hong Kong and China. Wondered if anyone has some suggestions for me. I'll be there over a weekend, three days and two nights. I'll be at the Sheraton that's above the Mall of the Emirates.

 

I'm planning to go to the top of the Burj Kalifa and walk the beach near the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, but I don't think I'll go inside, since I won't be having a reservation there. Will be visiting the malls, the souk, the fountains, maybe a camel ride (yee-haw Texas-boy!) and general touristy stuff.
