I haven’t worked this issue for several years - so my comments are likely out of date.

First of all tell us about your system and software.

What machine? (i.e. Apple iMac / Lenovo)

Operating System? (i.e. OSX 10.9.5 / Windows 8)

iTunes (v12.3.2.35)

Are we talking music or video files?

Is the problem DRM or is it the Apple standard iTunes AAC compression? AAC is not supported by some manufacturers. However, there are programs that will do that conversion.

I thought Apple removed DRM from iTunes several years back. About the time the price of most songs increased to $1.29.

I'm talking about video files.

Thanks
