Be advised that that a new very aggressive HIV strain was discovered in Cuba in 2015. From infection to full AIDS status has been documented at around 36 months, and due to disease progression, retrovirals would have very little effectiveness---and PrEP might not be able to stand up to this one. Condom use among prostitutes is not terribly common, so sampling local goods might be more than just a touch Russian Roulette-y.
