More eats off the beaten path in VIVA LAS VEGAS! I just got done having a arepa. Never heard of it? Neither have I! I saw the place coming back from lunch yesterday. I've never had Venezuelan food before and I can't wait to get home to have more! Basically what it is is its your choice of meat, I had steak, lettuce, tomato and if you want, cheese in a pita type bread This place had a lime, cilantro mayo and a green salsa on the side for the aprea. The place is located by 4th and Oakley and is called Viva las arepas. Again this is off the beaten path kinda and the neighborhood would prob frighten your granny. But the food is good! Oh yeah I posted a pic of what it looks like on my twitters.

Hugs,

Greg

When you go back to Chicago, try Colombian arepas. Get a regular arepa and then an arepa de choclo. Report back, Papito. Xoxo

Any places in particular I should hit up when I get home? Fuck! I feel like it hit the jackpot today with yummy nom noms!
