When I read an ad, the price for an incall is the price I expect to pay when doing an in-call, and the price for an out-call is the price I expect to pay for that as well, unless we agree to otherwise prior to meeting (i.e. if the out-call is an unusually large distance).

Yes, the photos in the ad are still accurate. He hasn't aged all that much in the time between the photos and 2014 (when I hired him).
